The Covid-19 pandemic has been an unprecedented crisis for everyone with charities hit extremely hard with an estimated £4bn lost during this period.
Through June, Foodhub had 10p for every order processed through the platform with three charities benefitting – Macmillan Cancer Support, Make-A-Wish foundation and The Trussell Trust.
We divided the donations according to our on-line poll. Macmillan Cancer Support had received 50% of the donations whereas The Trussell Trust and Make a Wish Foundations received 40% and 10% respectively.
